We can’t define ageing precisely, but the most widely accepted definition for aging is that it is just a part of the human life cycle: birth, childhood and adolescence, adulthood, and, ultimately, aging.

Aging can cause diseases such as chronic disease, heart disease, stroke, cancer, and diabetes. These are among the most common diseases in aged people.

Cognitive decline is another problem. With aging, cognitive functions can be diminished, causing mild cognitive impairment or, more seriously, dementia. Additionally, sexual wellness; painkiller dependency; risk of physical injury due to imbalance and osteoporosis; and many other problems such as lack of muscles, wrinkles, and lack of skin tone are among the aspects of aging. Hormonal changes are an important part of aging. Many hormones will begin to decrease activity with age, causing changes in the skin (such as wrinkles), diminished muscle tone, and reduced sex drive.

We have an integrative approach to antiaging that considers the internal aspects of aging, including hormonal changes, pain, and osteoporosis and other age-related conditions such as dementia; the psychological aspects of aging such as depression and insomnia; and the physical aspects of aging such as losing one’s youthful appearance, gaining weight, and requiring nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.

The program uses different modalities such as lifestyle modifications, diets, exercise, different nutraceuticals, vitamin therapy, IV therapy, dementia prevention programs, pain management, health of bones and regenerative joint modalities, and aesthetics for achieving a beautiful and youthful appearance.

We will conduct a complete evaluation and suggest the best plans to help patients live a beautiful and joyful life despite aging conditions.
